We are looking for a proactive Internal Controls Senior Consultant to help support our Federal clients in strengthening their internal controls. What will you do in this role:

- Draft and execute internal control test plans.
- Document results of work.
- Develop status reporting and assorted other communications.
- Lead junior personnel.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or business-related field.
- Minimum of two years' experience centered in Federal accounting, grants, internal control reviews and or other audit activities.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in both languages.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Security Clearance: Must be able to pass a basic government suitability check (US Citizenship required).
