Responsibilities may include:
- Demonstrating positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
- Ensuring your team meets and exceeds Culver’s standards regarding service, quality and cleanliness
- Leading and motivating your team to provide exceptional guest encounters
- Scheduling team members and managing labor
- Monitoring, ordering, and maintaining proper levels of inventory
- Preparing, cooking and serving fresh quality meals and desserts
Qualifications:
- An energetic, outgoing personality
- A strong desire to succeed
- Strong communication and organization skills
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
Sign on and retention bonus up to $2000.00 for qualifying individuals
