Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Staff Members of our Cat Café. Staff Member will be an integral part of creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers while ensuring the well-being and happiness of our resident cats. Your love for felines, combined with excellent customer service skills, will contribute to the success and charm of our Cat Café.
Essential Duties (Other duties may be added):
- Feline Care and Well-being, e.g. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the resident cats at all times.
- Customer Service, e.g. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Cafe Maintenance, e.g. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitizing the area.
- Cash Handling and Sales, e.g. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Collaboration, e.g. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Adherence to Policies, e.g. Report any issues or concerns related to cat welfare or customer behavior to the Store Manager.
Secondary Duties:
- Event Support, e.g. Assist in organizing and hosting special events, workshops, and fundraisers held at the cafe.
- Assistance with the establishment of new branch locations at other sites.
