- Hourly pay rate is $18.00- $23.00 per hour depending on experience and credentials.

Cat Care Clinic is a feline-exclusive clinic and when you walk through our doors, you will find a friendly, hard-working team of assistants and doctors, and a tranquil clinic without the chaos and noise that you might feel is indicative of working in a vet clinic. Cat Care Clinic provides exams, laboratory testing, radiology, surgery, and boarding. The medical office is open Monday through Saturday, and cat boarding is available every day of the year. We have a long-standing history with many of our clients, and we pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our clients and the amazing expertise of our amazing doctors. Our team is looking for a personable and knowledgeable individual who is ready to step into one of our most important roles at our clinic.
Do you have a keen interest in supporting an amazing community of fabulous felines? Then you have come to the right spot! Cat Care Clinic is looking for an exceptional individual who is looking for a full-time position. We are a small clinic with one doctor working per day, in need of a customer service extraordinaire to support them. This is a very hands-on position where your efforts and skills will be directly supporting your doctor and vet assistant.
As the first face our clients see, and often times the first voice they hear on the phones responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing outstanding customer service and time management skills.
- Proving excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary of this position, as our CSR's are responsible for the majority of all communications in and out of the clinic.
- Ensure that the environment you oversee is providing a comfortable space for clients and their cats, with appropriate ambience and well stocked with supplies clients may need.
- As a small clinic, we sometimes need an extra set of hands, so comfortable restraining or feeding a distracting Churu to a cat should a Vet Assistants or Doctors needs.
- Appointment scheduling to ensure that the team is able to fully support each patient.
- Answering questions to callers asking about services, getting new clients set up over the phone or directing them to our website to establish care.
- Is respectful of all team members
- Communicate clearly with clients, doctors, and all staff members
- Collaborating with the practice manager to develop and execute educational programs for team members, focusing on enhancing skills, client communication, and patient care.
- Accurate cash handling and reconciliation skills to ensure our books balance each night.
- Helping clean kennels, playing with the cats in boarding and sending photos to owners.
- Comfortable a administering medications is preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
- Maintaining a calmness when moments can feel stressful and chaotic. Our clients are some of the nicest in the world, but that doesn't mean unexpected issues can't arise, and being understanding and empathetic of stressful moments goes a long way to support the team, clients and patients.
Downtown Bellevue is a fun place to work. We have dedicated staff parking, three Starbucks in walking distance, great restaurants, beautiful parks, and shopping nearby. Our team gets together once a quarter for a fun group activity from escape rooms to visits to the zoo. We also like to incorporate games into our learning opportunities, so expect to bring your fun and competitive side to the office. Our team works 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday (7:45 am to 6:15 pm) and our Saturday team works from 8-2:30, getting in an action-packed day before heading home early.
