What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Job Manager position at CAT Construction Inc?
We are a roofing company covering western South Dakota. We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor for roofing crews. Must have knowledge of tearing off and installing a large variety of roofing materials, the ability to complete small construction projects related to hail restoration and a professional approach when interacting with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers.
Job Summary: Load and deliver roofing materials to job sites each day which will require a valid drivers license and clean MVR. Framing of misc. roof projects as necessary. Take photographs throughout the project for insurance documentation purposes. Make customer contacts in order to generate additional roofing leads. This position will require long hours during peak season. Verify each project site is thoroughly cleaned up properly and no damage is done the customer’s property. Adhere to all company policies and procedures including safety policies and procedures. In downtime/off roofing season, this position is also responsible for grounds work in and around the shop, snow removal, and carpentry projects as needed. It is a wide ranging position with many different tasks. Boredom will not be an issue!
Qualifications: Top level craftsmanship for all tasks at hand according to individual’s skill level, roofing experience, ability to use CRM and apps, understand and follow instructions, ability to climb ladders, lift 75 lb., ability to walk on roofs and deal with heights. Ability to work outside in all types of weather.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
