We are looking for 2 recruits to join the team. We offer full training for the job and have an experience turning out the highest paid reps in the industry.
We have a marketing department that supports our sales team with leads day in and day out 365 days a year.... without fail.
-2 to 3 selling opportunities every day of the week (No slow seasons)
-Average commission is 11% and up to 20%
-Weekly spiffs
-Monthly bonuses
-Good and consistent commissions
-Average rep makes about $120k a year and top reps $2000,000 and up

-Must be bilingual and able to communicate, read and write in both languages

Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new clients and maintain existing client relationships.
- Utilize bilingual skills in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Implement negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with management to develop business strategies and expand market reach.
- Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track leads and manage customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Demonstrated success in outside sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
