At CAT Scale Company, we are seeking a skilled Concrete Construction Laborer to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and Canada, working on various projects that involve concrete construction and repair.

Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete work and repairs, including scale deck maintenance
- Trenching for conduit installation
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment
- Maintain CAT Scale equipment
- Travel 2-3 weeks at a time, working 7 days a week
Requirements:
- A construction background is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals
- Able to work under limited supervision and in a team-based setting
- Accountable for actions, detail-oriented, and takes initiative to complete projects promptly
- Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds regularly
- Work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to obtain a Passport
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and organizational best practices
