Requirements
- A construction background and concrete experience are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all types of people.
- Ability to work successfully under limited supervision and in a team-based setting.
- Accountable for actions, detail-oriented, and takes initiative to complete projects promptly.
- Possesses the ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds regularly and stand, kneel, and bend over long periods.
- Work outside during all types of weather.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time or 2-3 weeks at a time throughout the United States and Canada.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Passport.
- Ensure all safety guidelines and organizational best practices are always followed.
