• Establishing and leading a high-performing data and analytics team to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to advance data-driven initiatives and empower self-service analytics.
• Streamlining and automating reporting processes within Operational Finance to reduce manual effort and ensure security.
• Rationalizing and optimizing data and analytics platforms, driving adoption of Oracle ADW and Power BI.
• Designing solutions to meet diverse analytics needs, from dashboards to advanced data science models.

• 10 years of experience in Business Analytics.
• 5 years of experience managing technology teams.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions that meet diverse user needs, including dashboards, prepared reports, and ad hoc analytics.
• Skilled in collaborating across functions to align technology and business goals. Technical Expertise
• Strong experience in processes, technologies, and techniques in ETL / ELT from ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS, and other enterprise solutions (on-premise, cloud, and SaaS).
• Proficiency in developing data models, pipelines, and orchestration using tools like Alteryx and Power BI. Experience building data pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Proven ability to build analytics and reporting solutions using visualization tools such as Power BI, MS Excel, and Tableau. Strategic Thinking
• Ability to design scalable, efficient data architectures and integrate data governance practices into reporting and analytics workflows.
• Track record of optimizing reporting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and maintain data security. Business Acumen

• Effective communicator, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
