IT Technician

Support the program management team in creating the following artifacts:

• Adhere to established agile delivery standards
• Manage tasks in the Service Now system and ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure proper communication within tasks and customers are properly documented and articulated
• Image and deploy hardware in accordance with pre-defined imaging standards
• Assist end-user with software and data transfer
• Ensure non-standard new hire and refresh hardware are received in the Service Now system
• Maintain proper stockroom audits in the physical area and in the Service now stockroom
• Receive hardware as it arrives on site, inventory, and manage tasks
• Retrieve and restock old hardware
• Wipe assets and set for disposal in Service Now
• Coordinate with the Asset management team for proper disposal
• Report to office setting and work within EST 8-5 business hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.86 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
