The Key Account Specialist will implement business strategies set forth by senior management and participate in improving the business by administering and evaluating short and long term objectives for the parts store as well as offering potential alternatives to existing methods.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist with monthly and annual budgeting and forecasting.
- Serve as a primary contact between assigned accounts and Product Support. Work with assigned PSSR to resolve all issues and/or concerns.
- Review, setup and maintain parts marketing programs.
- Maintain stock review reports, core reports, and sales reports.
- Maintain and upload applicable registrations including warranty claims.
- Maintain weekly communication on backorder report and expedite accordingly.
- Provide weekly core report.
- Monitor, review, and chargeback core bad calls as applicable.
- Review and communicate quarterly or semi-annual returns as applicable.
- Assist in monthly and annual forecasting.
- Work with CSAM and PSSR to maintain up to date account.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write, interpret, convey, and receive information in written, verbal, and diagram form.
- Ability to remain calm during emotional or escalated circumstances with customers or other employees.
- Solution oriented mind set.
- Strong time-management skills for self and others.
- Ability to present information in group settings to train or inform employees or customers.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
