Job Description:
Create and modify Work Orders
- Uploading documents received from customers and/or documents sent to customers
- Updating resolution details with pertinent information for technicians
- Assigning work orders to techs
- Adding receipts/invoices to order charges
- Adding POs to order charges
- Submitting work orders to invoicing after job is complete
Coordinate with third parties:
- Submitting precons to MLA/Non-MLA Tower Owners for gen install approval
- Scheduling propane to be hooked up and/or filled or natural gas to be hooked up or new lines ran
- Submitting startup requests to startup vendors
- Approving vendor invoices
Submit closeout packages to customers, MLAs, and Non-MLAs
- Creating site folders in Dropbox for tech photos
- Verifying that appropriate photos are in these folders
- Speaking with lead techs if anything for the COP’s is missing
Participate in customer correspondence
- Attending customer calls
- Ensuring that the appropriate documentation {current CDs, current permits, current NTPs, POs, and CR #s) are all in work orders and if not, requesting such documentation from customers
Other relevant duties
- Calling to make payments for vendor invoices (concrete, cranes, etc.), if necessary
- Assist technicians with directions, access issues, and other issues that arise while working in the field
- Other duties as assigned
