The Operator II will efficiently run and coordinate daily operations of the Mogul machine according to the production schedule. The role involves minor troubleshooting, resource allocation, and communication with team members to ensure maximum production and product uniformity.

The Role Responsibilities:

• Assists in setting up the Mogul machine, including mold board, nozzle plate, piston bar, and other required activities, as specified in the manual.
• Monitors and maintains product uniformity by ensuring against starch buildup on the mold board.
• Visually inspects the mold board impression for good appearance.
• Ensures continuous proper board weight for each candy production run; documentation of board weight confirmation.
• Responds quickly to minor malfunctions and notifies the mechanic on duty of any problems.
• Performs other duties assigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
