Catalent is currently recruiting for a Preproduction Coordinator's to join our Bathgate team. With nearly 25 years of experience, our Bathgate location in Scotland, UK is an integral part of Catalent’s European clinical supply services network.
We are looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail and excellent written and verbal skills to join the Operations team. The Preproduction Coordinator will ensure the integrity of clinical trial supplies packaged at our Bathgate Site.
The Role
Generate clinical trial packaging documentation to meet Catalent, Client, Study and Regulatory requirements.
Complete documentation in accordance to relevant SOPs and to comply with GMP.
Maintain high quality standards ensuring all deviations are documented as required.
Report to your Line Manager any issues which may impact on the quality or timelines specified for the packaging of supplies.
Competently perform tasks as detailed by the Preproduction skills matrix.
Participate in the implementation of any new systems or upgrades to systems pertaining to Preproduction department.
Maintain a personal training record and attend training sessions as required.
Participate in any process improvement initiatives to support Preproduction department, Bathgate site or wider Catalent organisation, as appropriate.
Keep up to date with industry best practice.

Pharma/ clinical trials experience or education highly advantageous
Experience in GMP or GDP highly advantageous
