The Job:
As a Descanso Concierge you will be responsible to ensure that all guests have a memorable and unique experience at Descanso beach Club while upholding and maintaining the house standards on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:

To ensure guest service station is manned at all times

To greet and seat guests

Make reservations
-
Serve all amenities
-
Maintain cleanliness and bus tables as needed

Answer all questions a guest may have

Assist the servers when needed

Refill ice & water (ensuring the ice never has the time to melt)

Ensuring excellent customer service skills are always utilized when dealing with both external guests as well as internal team members

Collect all towels and assist with closing cabanas

Performs additional duties as needed.
Qualifications

Must be able to walk and stand for up to 8 hours
- Requires visual acuity and ability to hear to clearly communicate with managers, coworkers and guests

Job Expectations regarding Scheduling:

This position requires a flexible schedule with shifts that consists of a rotating schedule of weekday and weekend shifts, including day, night, and holiday work hours.
