The Technical Writer we are seeking has 2-4 years of experience and will be responsible for documenting and maintaining our online documentation for our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their time independently and collaborate with resources throughout the company. They will report directly to the Operations and Maintenance Manager.
What you Will doComplete and update all Trailheads for the Salesforce System.Complete and maintain Knowledge articles.Create new documentation as new features and functionality is created.Navigate new software and describe within Trailheads and Knowledge articles.Edit and proofread and make corrections where necessary.Work closely with Operational resources to document processes and systems.Requirements
What you Will Need to Succeed
2-4 years experience in technical writingExperience with Salesforce databaseAbility to communicate technical components effectively (written)Experience with JIRA is a plus
