Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and update all Trailheads for the Salesforce System.
- Complete and maintain Knowledge articles.
- Create new documentation as new features and functionality is created.
- Navigate new software and describe within Trailheads and Knowledge articles.
- Edit and proofread and make corrections where necessary.
- Work closely with Operational resources to document processes and systems.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in technical writing.
- Experience with Salesforce database.
- Ability to communicate technical components effectively (written).
- Experience with JIRA is a plus.
