Job Summary:

As a Budtender at Catalyst Cannabis Co., you will be the face of our dispensary, responsible for assisting customers in their cannabis product selections while providing outstanding customer service. You will utilize your knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods to guide customers in finding the best products to meet their needs. Operating our point-of-sale system with accuracy and maintaining inventory levels will be key aspects of your role, ensuring a smooth and compliant transaction process. Your passion for cannabis and dedication to customer care will contribute to our mission of providing accessible and enjoyable cannabis experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter Catalyst Cannabis Co.

- Educate customers on different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects.

- Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs and preferences.

- Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately.

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked.

- Follow cash handling procedures and adhere to compliance standards.

- Keep Catalyst Cannabis Co. dispensary clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

- Stay updated on cannabis laws, industry trends, and product knowledge.

- Provide recommendations and advice to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Must be at least 21 years old.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the cannabis industry preferred.

- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict compliance standards.
