Job Overview:
Catalyst Cannabis Company is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our expanding team! If you are knowledgeable and passionate about cannabis and how it can be used to better our community and planet, Catalyst is the place for you!
The retail manager is responsible for facilitating and supervising the daily operations of a fast-paced retail cannabis store by driving sales, maintaining a positive work environment, and making sure staff is working together efficiently.

- Alaska Marijuana Handlers Card
- Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card
- Microsoft Office experience
- Cash handling experience
- Retail/Sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Employee Administration experience
- Cannabis Product and Regulations knowledge
- Inventory Management experience
Compensation: $22-$25/ hour DOE
Salary : $22 - $25
