Responsibilities:
- Field customer calls relating to roll-off, front-load, residential, rotator, data destruction, and other services offered
- Take escalated phone calls and/or emails when necessary
- Have the necessary writing skills to answer municipalities and other customers via email
- Provide accurate service and pricing information to customer inquiries and sales
- Provide a high level of customer support for information requests, troubleshooting service issues and coordinate efforts with the CS department, dispatch and sales
- Participate in the planning and improvement of the departments processes
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve with creative solutions
- Experience using various computer programs e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.
- Proven experience with high level writing skills and experience with working with municipalities is preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and staff
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, be detail-oriented and efficient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
