We are looking for an electrical project manager who plans, executes, and manages electrical projects. They are responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities :
- Planning : Create project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Leading : Manage a team of construction managers, project coordinators, and subcontractors.
- Communicating : Maintain regular communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance : Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Overseeing : Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Managing issues : Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Performing quality control : Perform quality control checks and system validations.
- Negotiating : Negotiate with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Analyzing : Analyze and evaluate complex construction design drawings and specifications.
Requirements :
