Job Requirements:
- License in Social Work or Counseling (Independent licensure, preferred)
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Full time contracted therapist at Catalyst Counseling, LLC
- Familiarity with EHR, Catalyst Counseling LLC policies and procedures and chart management, proven through Audits
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support of Team of Dependently and Independently Licensed Therapists in a school setting
- Supporting the district therapists and coaching about school-based therapy and success
- Help therapists maximize schedules
- Oversee and monitor referral sheets in each building
- Coordination of building to building client transitions to ensure continuity of care
- Addressing and diffusing any complaints from school and/or therapists
- Ensuring therapists are facilitating/attending monthly referral meetings with their school admin team
- Be aware of high risk clients in your district and check in with therapists to offer support with high risk cases
- Communicate with Catalyst leadership team about buildings that need more support or training for high risk case-loads

- Monthly (at minimum quarterly) emails to entire team for need to know information related to Catalyst and district updates
- Monthly (at minimum quarterly) check-ins with individual team members
- Minimum quarterly face to face communication with Clinical Coordinator
- Helping new hires orient to the school
- Introduce new hire to admin team (counselors, principal, assistant principal, school nurse, school psych)
- Secure office space
- Introduction at staff meeting
- Coaching about relationship building and marketing
