POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an organizational guru to enhance our warehouse operations!
This is for the person that thrives on creating order amidst the chaos! A positive attitude, enthusiasm, ability to correct and provide feedback and willingness to get a little dirty are a must for this position. You are the go-to person for all warehouse operations questions and will learn the ins and outs of our inventory and event process!
A BIT MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
This person must have reliable transportation to our warehouse in Waterloo, NE. This position is full-time and uses a rotating weekend schedule - M-F, Tu-Sat. This person works closely with our both our logistics team and our part time warehouse associates to ensure all warehouse operations are running smoothly.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Loading/unloading items from box trucks and trailers
- Delivering and picking up orders from the weekend events in a 26' box truck
- Tagging dirty or broken items as they are unloaded
- Cleaning and restocking event chairs, lounge, dance floor, backdrops/freestanding walls, etc
- Notifying Inventory Manager about inventory changes/damaged items
- Pulling orders with appropriate labeling system and loading onto trucks for upcoming events
- Restocking packing materials and ensuring work space and warehouse is clean and tidy for weekly sales walkthroughs
