For more information, please visit catalysthre.com. Job DescriptionGeneralPrepare monthly and annual financial statements on an accrual basis for assigned entities (or other basis of accounting as directed by management) for internal and external useAssist with required reporting to partners and any additional information neededPreparation of entity bank reconciliationsRegular review of general ledger detail for accuracyMaintain records in preparation for future external audit/reviewPrepare ad hoc reports/projects, as requested by managementOther duties as assignedDevelopment Real EstateCreate and track project contracts within Yardi Job CostProcess all development invoices in accordance with budgetMonitor job costs on a daily basis for budget overrunsWork closely with development team to ensure timely approval of payablesPrepare weekly/monthly job cost reports for real estate development team and other reports as requestedReconcile development costs in Yardi Job Cost to GL monthlyEnsure vendor insurance complianceAssist in preparing monthly travel billings and chargebacks for developmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business2 years related experiencePublic accounting experience preferredProficient with MS Office, particularly with ExcelYardi experience preferred, will consider other comparable programsConstruction/job cost software experience a plusAdditional InformationThe qualification requirements, physical demands and work environment characteristics described in this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.This job description in no way states or implies that the essential duties described are the only responsibilities.
