General Responsibilities by Role :
- Dentists : Perform patient examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, create treatment plans, perform restorative and preventative dental procedures, and ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Managers : Oversee daily clinic operations, manage scheduling and staff, handle patient inquiries and complaints, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Hygienists : Provide preventative oral care, clean teeth, examine patients for oral diseases, educate patients on maintaining optimal oral health, and assist dentists during procedures.
- Assistants : Prepare patients for procedures, assist dentists chairside, sterilize instruments, maintain patient records, and ensure the operatory is clean and organized.
