General Responsibilities by Role) :
- Chefs : Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes; manage kitchen staff and inventory; maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Managers : Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer satisfaction; manage budgets, inventory, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Servers : Take customer orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Bartenders : Mix and serve beverages, manage bar inventory, and maintain a clean and organized bar area while engaging with guests.
- Baristas : Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, operate brewing equipment, and ensure a welcoming and efficient caf environment.
