Core Responsibilities
Review U.S tax returns and conducting comprehensive tax research.
Engage with clients to understand their unique tax needs and provide strategic advice.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of tax professionals.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Drive business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of extensive U.S taxation work experience, with a specialized focus on investment funds.
Certification as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or IRS Enrolled Agent (required)
Bachelor's Degree in accounting/taxation or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Demonstrated expertise in U.S tax compliance and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.
Experience With US Tax Is Essential.
Background in Financial Services, particularly within private equity and/or hedge funds is required.
