Responsibilities :
- Lead human resources and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial management processes to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with Owner to establish and implement firm-wide systems, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency across all departments.
