What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aseptic Manufacturing Manager position at Catalyst Life Sciences?
We’re looking for a Manager of Aseptic Manufacturing to join a rapidly-expanding 503B Pharmacy in Central New Jersey! In this role, you'll manage a team that plays a crucial role in the production of to the safe, sterile compounded pharmacy products compliant with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Setting strategy to guide the direction of the Aseptic Fill Finish team
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure GMP compliance and alignment with FDA guidelines
- Analyzing data and conduct audits to streamline processes and identify/solve production problems
What we want from you:
- 12 years of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing experience; 3 years of people management experience
- Experience in High-Speed Vial Filling is a must; experience in Lyophilization, VHP, CIP, and CIP and other sterile/aseptic manufacturing techniques is also great
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master's or higher preferred
