What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk, General Accounting position at Catalyst Life Services?
We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position will report the Controller.
Education: Associate's degree in accounting, or Combination of education and experience.
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities
Daily cash sheet reconciliation from front desk cash bags
- Coding and entering payables into AP system after review of Controller
- Create payments for outstanding Accounts Payable invoices along with matching to correct invoices and filing alphabetically
- Maintain credit card tracking sheet
- Monthly reconciliation of credit cards
- Enter journal entries in General Ledger
- Assist with Payee ship Program tasks as needed
- Bank run
- Other duties as assigned
