We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for residential properties, ensuring a high level of customer service while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong administrative skills, an understanding of property management, and the ability to effectively communicate with prospective tenants.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and amenities.
- Manage leasing paperwork, including applications, leases, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and management systems such as OneSite.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, utilizing conflict management skills as needed.
- Collaborate with property maintenance and facilities management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Stay informed about local laws related to leasing and Section 8 housing programs.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract potential tenants through various channels.
- Provide administrative support to the property management team as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes and facilities management is a plus.
- Knowledge of leasing laws, including Section 8 regulations, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data entry and office software is essential.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20 - $18.50 per hour
