HR Generalist Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Catalyst Nutraceuticals is an extremely fast-growing manufacturer of dietary supplements, and we are on the hunt for a driven and passionate HR Generalist to join our team. As part of our fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing key HR strategies and initiatives. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of HR practices, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Youll be crucial in ensuring that HR services align with key performance indicators, driving both operational success and employee satisfaction within this exciting, high-growth industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Oversee the full cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and determine candidate qualifications.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits, and preparing offer letters.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, from document collection to orientation and integration into the company culture.
HR Generalist Support:
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
- Assist performance appraisals and employee feedback surveys.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS Systems.
- Supports training and development programs.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Foster a positive workplace culture by engaging with employees, gathering feedback, and suggesting ways to improve employee satisfaction and morale.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and company events to enhance employee relationships.
- Help facilitate employee recognition programs.
HR Administration & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, health and safety standards, and anti-discrimination policies.
- Support the preparation of reports and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Conduct exit interviews and track employee turnover to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years previous HR experience preferred
- Proven experience in both recruiting and HR generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
