Description

The Digital Marketing Associate must possess a deep understanding of user experience, social media, paid social, paid search, and SEO. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to execute data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic insight to effectively manage and optimize digital marketing efforts.

Requirements

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

  • Project Coordination: Oversee development projects including but not limited to; Websites, Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Media, Organic Social - from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met
  • Account Management: Work with agency partners and internal teams to optimize campaigns to effectively reach target audiences, leveraging platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, as well as, through paid media channels and opportunities
  • Communication: Serve as the liaison between internal and external teams, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Content Development: Collaborate with Brand, Advocacy, Patient Services, Medical, and Corporate teams to ensure cohesive marketing messages are created that align with overall digital distribution and target strategies
  • PRC Monitoring: Maintain strict adherence with established marketing, regulatory, legal, and FDA guidelines to ensure a complaint and accurate online representation of Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, Inc
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve results
  • Paid Digital Strategy: Assist in development of comprehensive paid social/search/media strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels, to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media, website development, paid media, paid social, paid search, and SEO
  • Proven experience managing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Rare disease, Neuromuscular, Oncology messaging experience is a plus
  • Travel requirement up to 30%
