JOB SUMMARY

The Front Office Lead at Village Health Partners (now a part of Catalyst Physician Group) will play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of our office by overseeing all front office activities, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Daily huddles with front office team members
  • Provide training and support for new front office team members
  • Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed and provide re-education when necessary
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in work processes in the front office setting
  • Handle mail distribution for office including sorting and delivering to appropriate staff
  • Manage office supply ordering and inventory, including regular reporting to managment
  • Manage patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved
  • Ensure smooth daily patient flow
  • Provide coverage for Front Office Representatives when needed
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :

  • 3 years of previous lead experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Experience working in a medical EMR system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in identifying problems, researching, and recommending solutions
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and OSHA rules and regulations
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

  • Previous experience in a Primary Care office setting
  • Athena EMR experience
