JOB SUMMARY
The Front Office Lead at Village Health Partners (now a part of Catalyst Physician Group) will play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of our office by overseeing all front office activities, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Daily huddles with front office team members
- Provide training and support for new front office team members
- Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed and provide re-education when necessary
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in work processes in the front office setting
- Handle mail distribution for office including sorting and delivering to appropriate staff
- Manage office supply ordering and inventory, including regular reporting to managment
- Manage patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved
- Ensure smooth daily patient flow
- Provide coverage for Front Office Representatives when needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
