A chemical company needs a maintenance manager for a mid-sized operation (plus satellite site). Budgets, personnel, programs, CAPEX, both mainenance andj reliability, etc.
Reports to remote maintenance director
KEY :
10 Years in maint / rel at plants / active chemical or similar sites
Must have maintenance management experience in plants
Must have 4 year degree
Job :
Manage the maintenance reliability program including approx 20 direct / indirect reports
Management $4M - $5M budget plus CapEx and TAR work
Hire, fire, promote, provide dynamic system of career development for your group
Work with TPM (and developing more advanced) system
Extensive work with colleague, the safety manager!
Extensive work with RCFA, Mechanical Integrity, etc
Required / Preferred :
Four year engineering degree required
10 years of maintenance experience; significant amount in some form of management.
Must have most work in PSM environment and in chemicals / petrochemicals / refining.
