Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and high-quality food preparation
-Manage and supervise service staff on the floor ensuring proper service!
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement staff training programs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of POS system is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
