Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Account Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering customer relationships, and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Manage account portfolios, track client interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze account data and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance and retention goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of previous experience in account management or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and think strategically.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM softwares is a plus but training is provided.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
