SENIOR FINANCE DIRECTOR
POSITION SUMMARY :
Catalyte is on the lookout for an exceptional leader to take on the role of Senior Finance Director, entrusted with the oversight of all financial operations in alignment with the strategic vision set forth by our CEO and Board. The ideal candidate will exhibit remarkable initiative and the capability to critically assess business decisions, driving prompt and effective results. This key player will lead the Finance & Accounting Departments and nurture a high-performing finance culture.
The Senior Finance Director will act as a trusted partner and advisor, fully engaged with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board. This role will also include occasional collaboration with clients and business partners, requiring a robust finance and management expertise. Our perfect candidate is proactive, adaptable, and possesses outstanding problem-solving abilities, successfully taking projects from conception to completion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all financial operations, encompassing reporting, budgeting, audits, tax, accounting, payroll, treasury, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Serve as a strategic leader and analytical partner, collaborating with the CEO and executive leadership team to achieve financial objectives.
- Direct the development and implementation of short and long-term organizational strategies aimed at enhancing financial performance.
- Manage and improve the budgeting process while educating department leaders about financial impact.
- Engage with the Board regarding all financial matters.
- Create strategies for maximizing productivity and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
- Prepare long-term forecasts and short-term budgets, analyze variances at month-end.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish an operational framework for evaluating key performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships across various business functions to provide leadership and collaboration.
- Offer expert advice on finance and accounting to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
