Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee all financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, audit, tax, payroll, treasury, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to achieve financial goals.
- Lead the development and execution of Catalyte's short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier finance and accounting talent.
- Drive continuous improvement in the budgeting process, educating department leaders on financial impacts.
- Engage with the Board regarding all financial and budgeting matters.
- Formulate strategies to enhance company value and improve operational efficiencies.
- Analyze monthly financial variances and prepare long-term forecasts.
- Work with the leadership team to develop key performance measurements and foster operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships across departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure collaboration.
- Provide finance and accounting guidance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
