Title: Optometrist
Location: Soledad, CA
Length: Contract, Part-Time (14 weeks)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay: $90/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Tue-Thu
Must Have:
- A valid license to practice Optometry in the State of California.
- At least 2 years of experience in the practice of Optometry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct eye examinations using observation and instruments to determine visual acuity, perception, focus, and coordination.
- Diagnose eye diseases and abnormalities and provide appropriate care for patients.
- Maintain order and ensure the safety of incarcerated individuals, staff, and property.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with department staff, other governmental agencies, health care partners, and communities.
