Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain a well-organized and professional office environment, including managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for water, coffee and vending services.
- Oversee mail distribution.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for select team members.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with new employees, including setting up workspaces and facilitating introductions. Ordering business cards and other new hire items.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and celebrations.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as needed.
