We are partnering with Old Saratoga to identify a highly skilled Quality Assurance Practitioner who can lead their food safety and quality initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for a certified SQF Practitioner with three to five years' relevant food production experience to join our client's team and contribute to their success.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of environmental health and fundamentals of sanitation, as well as an understanding of the SQF Edition 9 Code and its requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining Food Safety and Quality plans under the scope of the certification
- Providing assistance with daily production, maintenance, product development, and special projects
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies at local, state, and federal levels
