Overview:
Title: Client Success Associate
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid work location Dallas (Monday - Wednesday in office; Thursday and Friday flexible location)
The Catapult Health Client Success Associate is one of the most impactful roles in the organization. The CSA supports our internal and external clients by working directly with our Client Success team members and customers. Depending daily upon their strong project coordination skills, exceptional organizational aptitude, keen capability as it relates to attention to detail, and stellar communication skills (written and verbal), the CSA is involved in clinic bookings and coordination across the organization.
How you will make an impact:
- Partner with the Client Success Executives and Client Success Managers to support the day-to-day execution of a group of clients including clinic bookings.
- Coordinate the delivery, tracking and monitoring of client program requirements.
- Support customer service delivery by resolving client-specific issues, as needed.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, Customer Care) to troubleshoot issues and to support the delivery of client promises
- Track and monitor clinic enrollment and participation
- Develop & deliver reports to support client meetings
- Escalate issues internally when appropriate
- Requires some travel to client locations to support clinic activity, health fairs and other programs and events.
What you need to be successful:
Education and Experience:
- 4-year degree health-related degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Detail-orientated and efficient
- Exceptional data entry skills
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new applications
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- The ability to set realistic goals, manage expectations, and prioritize competing interests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time - management skills

- 1-2 years of professional, client-facing / account coordinating or managing, or similar, work experience
