About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as an Academic Achievement Facilitator. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the academic growth and development of students in grades K-12.
Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver targeted interventions that address the needs of all learners. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies that promote academic achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted interventions that address the needs of all learners

- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional plans as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Valid and current FL Teaching Certificate/Statement of Eligibility
- Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience
- Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication
