About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a Learning and Development Coach. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic growth and development of students in grades K-12.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction and support to students in small group settings, focusing on reading, language arts, and math skills. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement targeted interventions that address the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver designated instructional models in readiness, reading, writing, and math skills to eligible students
- Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classrooms/learning stations
- Perform data entry in a timely fashion to meet deadlines (student attendance, online pre/post testing, progress reports, parent and classroom teacher communication forms, compliance documentation)
