What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Development Coach (High School Math and/or Literacy) position at Catapult Learning?

How you’ll do it:
- Host dynamic and collaborative planning conferences that unleash the creative potential of educators.
- Craft creative example lessons that captivate students.
- Lead interactive professional development workshops when needed.
- Research and demonstrate instructional strategies.
- Foster a culture of active participation and vibrant open discussions.
- Ensure all educator development is completed successfully.
- Provide report documentation as required.
- Communicate actively with directors regarding activities.

What we’ll need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of coaching/teaching math, literacy at the High School level
- Experience delivering professional development workshops to adults.
- Experience working in blended learning classrooms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience.
