Warehouse Picker and Packer

Now Hiring! Warehouse Pick/Pack team; Part-time Picker/Packer; Swing Shift; Sundays 12pm - 8pm. Looking for a PT gig on the weekend? We need one team member on Sundays only, potential to grow into more shifts as business demands.

Starting rate $24.50

What you will do:

• Set up the space, pick and package orders with focus on accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Assist in organizing storage and product daily or as directed
• Work closely with Supervisors to resolve customer concerns quickly
• Utilize software Streamline to efficiently pick and pack orders
• Work independently to manage time efficiently and resolve problems
• Support team training and lead by example by setting the standard and tone for all expectations
• Follow daily operations standards including utilizing daily checklists and systems
• Other tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50 lbs.)
• Requires vision, hearing, walking, standing, sitting, twisting, lifting, carrying, dexterity, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, crouching and climbing
• Requires moving around in manufacturing facilities, administrative offices, logistical operations and storage areas while staff/machinery are in operation.
• Frequent use of telephone, calculator, printer/copier, scanner, computer and software programs.
• Frequent exposure to adverse temperatures in our walk-in refrigerator, freezer (as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit), and warehouse (up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit).
• Frequent exposure to chemicals, hazards, food substances (including common food allergens), meat products, equipment operations, and noise
• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
• Remain in good standing with the union

• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time on the road
• Strong attention to detail and ability to function efficiently and accurately
• Strong verbal communication and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
