Key Responsibilities :
- Engage in capacity planning and workforce management for our contact centers.
- Perform data analysis : Gather and analyze essential data concerning production capacity, including machine utilization and labor resources.
- Forecast capacity needs : Anticipate future requirements based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and historical data.
- Modeling capabilities : Create and maintain capacity models to simulate various scenarios and understand the ramifications of demand changes and resource availability.
- Reporting : Prepare and present insightful reports on capacity utilization, emerging constraints, and potential bottlenecks to stakeholders.
- Resource allocation : Optimize resource distribution (such as equipment and labor) to achieve production goals and enhance efficiency.
- Continuous improvement : Identify and implement strategies for process enhancement, waste reduction, and capacity expansion through optimization and automation.
