Job Description As a Creative Training Development Professional, you'll spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated online and video-based learning solutions. Working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you'll translate complex information into engaging, multimedia-rich training content that drives learner engagement and retention.
Your role will focus on leveraging modern e-learning technologies to create impactful training programs that meet diverse learning needs. You'll have the opportunity to innovate and implement creative solutions while maintaining instructional design best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive e-learning modules using industry-standard tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Create engaging multimedia content including animations, graphics, and interactive elements
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop accurate and relevant training materials
- Implement adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies in all deliverables
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
- Maintain current knowledge of e-learning trends and emerging technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines
Required Experience/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia Production, or related field
- 3 years of experience in online and video-based training development
- Advanced proficiency in e-learning development tools and multimedia software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical capabilities
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proven experience with Learning Management Systems
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
Nice-to-Haves
- HTML5 and CSS coding knowledge
- Corporate training environment experience
- Experience with advanced animation techniques
- Background in performance consulting
Education Bachelor's degree required
