What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Catapult Solutions Group?
Provides support and assistance to executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles. Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others. Handles confidential information and communications. Full comprehension of company's operation and procedures. May also be responsible for training and supervising lower level clerical staff. Uses discretion and judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive's activities.

- Proactive management of heavy and complex calendars and scheduling to support teams based on a thorough understanding of business priorities.
- Travel coordination and arrangements
- Partner across organizational boundaries to deliver outcomes with other Executive Assistants and business partners.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work streams while remaining calm and composed.
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure schedule is followed and appropriately prioritized, informing of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Possess a high degree of initiative to take independent action and be able to always exercise proper judgment.
- Be trustworthy and able to exhibit a high degree of confidentiality and integrity. Managing and reconciling expense reports on behalf of the leaders
- Be approachable and eager to provide counsel and direction to team members / peers.
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google workplace, ZOOM, Slack and Concur a plus. Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical.
Onsite in SDG - 5 days each week
