Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – In Office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Training: 2 weeks (on-site)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Retention Representative to join our team in Plano, TX. This role involves engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls, assisting them with renewals, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in the office per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding their product renewals and account changes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand business relationships with existing customers.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in sales retention efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lead development representative (LDR) roles or customer retention is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage conversations effectively but not required to "close" deals.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interview Process:
- A conversation-based interview to assess communication and customer interaction skills.
- Role-play exercise involving the product (specific details to be confirmed).
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base pay plus monthly incentive of up to $500 (potential for additional weekly incentives in the future).
